Pro Tips

Here are a few tips to make sure that your appetizer turns out perfectly every time that you make them.

  • Seal the edges of the cones with water to avoid leakage.
  • Don’t skip the spraying with oil step, as this is important to get them nice and crispy.
  • Make sure to flip the samosas halfway through cooking for even cooking.
  • Serve your samosas with a chutney or other dip for added flavor.
  • You can tell that they are ready when they are crispy and golden brown outside.
  • Place them in a single layer in your air fryer basket, with a little space between them so the hot air can move freely.
  • You can add salt and pepper to taste to your filling if you desire.
  • Be careful to not overfill your samosa dough. Use about one teaspoon of filling at first, before adding more if needed.
  • Air fryers can cook differently, so you may need to adjust the cook time depending on the model of your air fryer.
