Health Benefits of Grapes and Pecans

One of my favorite things about making this simple salad is that not only is it so easy to make, but it’s also filled with so many nutritious ingredients.

The pecans alone pack nutrients such as magnesium, zinc, and thiamine. They also provide you with energy to get through the day and keep you feeling satisfied, and not starving.

You probably already knew that grapes provide Vitamin A and C. However, did you know that the grapes also provide antioxidants and can even help you heal from infections quicker? Those little pieces of fruit give us a big amount of nutritious benefits.

❓ Recipe FAQs

How to store

This salad can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can this recipe be frozen?

No, this recipe does not freeze well and I do not recommend freezing it.

When should you take grapes off the stem?

You should wait to remove the grapes from the stem right before you’re ready to use them. The hole that’s made in the grape when you take it off the stem can make the fruit spoil faster, so that’s why it’s better to wait.
