How to Make Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks
These mozzarella sticks are so easy to make, they come together in four easy steps.
Step 1: Cut your mozzarella
Unwrap your mozzarella sticks and then cut them in half.
Step 2: Prepare your breading for your sticks
In one bowl, combine the cornstarch, flour, and nature’s seasoning. Add the parsley to the panko in another bowl. Beat the eggs in a third bowl.
Step 3: Bread your mozzarella sticks
Coat the sticks in the egg then the flour mix. Next coat the sticks back into the egg and then the panko.
Step 4: Air Fry your mozzarella sticks
Place the battered sticks in the air fryer and spray with oil. Cook the sticks at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating.
