Ingredients

Baked Caesar Chicken ingredients.

You only need a handful of simple ingredients to help you make this easy recipe. All of these ingredients are easy to find at your local grocery store, or you may already have them on hand in your kitchen, which can save you a trip to the store.

Chicken thighs – I like to use skin-on bone-in chicken thighs for this baked chicken recipe.

Parmesan cheese – Freshly grated parmesan cheese will work better for this recipe instead of the stuff in a green can.

Caesar dressing – Any brand of caesar dressing will work for this recipe. My family likes the Litehouse brand.

Pork rind crumbs – I pulse original pork rinds in the food processor to make the pork rind crumbs for this recipe.

Substitutions

Bread Crumbs: If you aren’t on a low-carb or gluten-free diet, you can use breadcrumbs or panko bread crumbs instead.

Chicken: Instead of using bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, you can use boneless skinless chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts instead.

Variations / Options / Add-Ins

Pro Tips

Here are a few tips that you can use to make sure that this recipe turns out perfect for you every time that you make it.

  • Be sure to use freshly grated parmesan cheese instead of the pre-grated stuff in a green can.

  1. I would like to know if I can use thin cut chicken breasts and if so, how long should I cook them for and at what temperature please? Thank you.

    • Yes, you can use thin cut chicken breasts instead. They can cook at the same temperature, 400 degrees. Try cooking them for 15 – 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
