Chicken thighs – I like to use skin-on bone-in chicken thighs for this baked chicken recipe.

Parmesan cheese – Freshly grated parmesan cheese will work better for this recipe instead of the stuff in a green can.

Caesar dressing – Any brand of caesar dressing will work for this recipe. My family likes the Litehouse brand.

Pork rind crumbs – I pulse original pork rinds in the food processor to make the pork rind crumbs for this recipe.

Substitutions

Bread Crumbs: If you aren’t on a low-carb or gluten-free diet, you can use breadcrumbs or panko bread crumbs instead.

Chicken: Instead of using bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, you can use boneless skinless chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts instead.

  1. I would like to know if I can use thin cut chicken breasts and if so, how long should I cook them for and at what temperature please? Thank you.
