Oil: Out of olive oil? Use canola or vegetable oil instead of olive oil.

How to Make Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Are you ready to make air fryer sweet potato fries? Just follow these five easy steps and you will have delicious and crispy fries in no time at all.

Step 1: Wash your sweet potatoes

Wash and scrub your sweet potatoes.

Step 2: Slice your sweet potatoes

Peel and slice sweet potatoes into the desired size of fries.

Step 3: Oil the sweet potatoes

Toss fries in oil fully coating each fry.

Step 4: Air Fry your sweet potatoes

Spray air fryer basket with oil and place fries in the basket. They can overlap but leave space for the air to flow. Air fryer on 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake basket at the 5-minute mark. If your fries are not crispy at 10 minutes then return them to the air fryer for a few more minutes.

Step 5: Salt and Serve

Remove fries and salt to taste. Serve immediately since they’re best fresh out of the air fryer.
