Step 1: Saute the onion

With the electric pressure cooker on the saute mode, heat until “hot.” Add the butter and onion. Cook until the onion is softened.

Step 2: Add brussels and stock

Stir in the garlic and chicken stock. And, then place the brussel sprouts on top.
