How to Make White Chocolate Mint Cheesecake Fudge
This recipe only takes a handful of simple steps to make but will taste as it took you all day!
Step 1
Line baking pan with parchment paper and also spray sides of the pan with cooking spray. Put the butter and white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments. Stir after each time. Complete until melted.
Step 2
Add in the mint extract and salt and stir. Grab a different bowl and put in the pudding and milk. Whisk. (This will be a thicker consistency)
Step 3
Once mixed, take and fold the pudding mixture into the chocolate mixture. Then add in the powdered sugar slowly. (You may have to alternate between milk and sugar to get the consistency that you like)
Step 4
Separate the mixture between two different bowls and add drops of green food coloring into one.
Step 5
Using a spoon, put white fudge and green fudge in the pan, alternating each layer for a different color. Take the chopsticks (or butter knife) and swirl the mixture.
Step 6
Add sprinkles on top and cover the pan with foil. Put in the fridge to firm and enjoy!
Variations / Options / Add-Ins
Change the flavor of extract: Not a fan of mint? No problem. Just change the type of extract you’re using!
Tip
- If you don’t want to spray the pan with cooking spray, put the parchment paper on the bottom and long enough to hang over the sides as well.
- If you find that the fudge isn’t firm put it back in the fridge for a bit longer.
