Tips

Want to make sure that your grilled stuffed mushrooms turn out perfectly? Here are my best tips for these tasty mushrooms.

  • If your mushrooms are on the larger side, you may want to cut them in half so they will be easier to eat.
  • When cleaning mushrooms, avoid using running water as this can cause them to absorb too much water and become soggy. Instead, wipe them clean with a damp paper towel or cloth. Or give them a quick dip in a bowl of cold water.
  • Be careful not to overcook the mushrooms. You just want them to be tender, not mushy.
