Making this piรฑa colada with coconut milk is so simple. Just follow the instructions below and you will have a sweet drink in no time at all.
Step 1: Make the pineapple whipped cream
Add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and the heavy whipping cream to a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2: Add everything but the rum to the blender
Add the coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple juice, sugar and ice to a large blender.
Step 3: Blend until smooth
Blend until the ice is crushed and ingredients are combined.
Step 4: Add to the glasses
Pour into serving glasses and top with rum.
Step 5: Top with whipped cream
Top with a dollop of pineapple whipped cream if desired.

- 1/3 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup White Sugar or more to taste
- 2 cups Ice
- 3 ounces Rum optional
Optional Pineapple Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 35%
