This Cotton Candy Fudge recipe only requires a few simple ingredients that you may already have on hand.

  • white chocolate chips
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • cotton candy extract
  • Pink and blue food coloring

How to Make Cotton Candy Fudge

This recipe comes together in just a few simple steps, and the result is absolutely delicious. The end result is well worth the effort!

Step 1: Prepare an 8×8 pan

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil.

Step 2: Melt the white chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate and condensed milk. Place in microwave for 90 seconds and let sit for a minute.

Step 3: Stir until smooth

Stir well to combine the melted chocolate and condensed milk.

Step 4: Add in the extract

Add the cotton candy extract.

Step 5: Separate the fudge into small bowls

Spoon out about 3 tablespoon of fudge or so into a separate bowl. Spoon an additional 3 tablespoon of fudge or so into another separate bowl.

Step 6: Color the fudge blue

Add the blue food coloring to one bowl and combine.

Add the pink food coloring to one bowl and combine.

Step 8: Add the fudge to the pan

Spread the white fudge into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of both colors of fudge onto the white fudge.

Step 9: Swirl the colors

Run a knife through the fudge to swirl the colors together to get the desired effect you are looking for.

Step 10: Chill for 3 hours

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm.

Cut into pieces and serve.
