Pro Tips

Here are a few tips to make sure that your lasagna rolls turn out perfectly every time you make them.

  • Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer you have. I would start with the lower end of the cooking time and then add more time as needed.
  • Do not overcook or the lasagna rolls will be dry.
  • If you want to make these ahead of time, you can assemble them and then store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, basil, and parmesan cheese.
  • For additional flavor, you can add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and onion powder to your cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.
  • I used a loaf pan to make this, but you can use any oven-safe pan that fits in your air fryer basket.
  • Make sure that you soak and then drain your lasagna noodles before you use them. If you are using regular noodles you will need to boil them first.
