Air Fryer Lasagna Rolls
These Air Fryer Lasagna Rolls are simple to make, and filled with creamy cheese. They are great for a busy weeknight.

- 1 pound Italian sausage links, or unpacked ground
- ⅙ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 10 pre-soaked oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Brown the sausage meat. If in a casing, remove the casing. Add salt and pepper.
Once nearly cooked, add 1 cup of marinara and mix. Remove from heat and add the cottage cheese. Stir it in.
Coat the bottom of your baking sheet with a light layer of marinara sauce.
Lay noodles flat and add 2 tablespoons of meat. Roll the noodle until closed. Place rolled cannelloni on the baking sheet. Whisk the egg and brush the cannelloni with the egg wash.
Add the baking sheet to the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 5 minutes. Remove and add some sauce and mozzarella cheese to the top of the cannelloni. Return to air fryer and cook at 350°F for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let cool and serve with parmesan.
- Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer you have. I would start with the lower end of the cooking time and then add more time as needed.
- Do not overcook or the lasagna rolls will be dry.
- If you want to make these ahead of time, you can assemble them and then store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, basil, and parmesan cheese.
- For additional flavor, you can add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and onion powder to your cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.
- I used a loaf pan to make this, but you can use any oven-safe pan that fits in your air fryer basket.
- Make sure that you soak and then drain your lasagna noodles before you use them. If you are using regular noodles you will need to boil them first.
