The best part about this recipe is that you get the chocolate from the cocoa bomb molds AND the chocolate for the slice of the orange as well. Double the chocolate? Yes, please! I’ll take that time and time again!

How do you store hot cocoa bombs once they’re made?
The key to keeping them fresh is to store them in an airtight container until they’re ready to be used. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy at all – just something that has a sealable lid.
What You’ll Need To Make These Chocolate Orange Hot Cocoa Bombs
Here are all of the ingredients and materials you’ll need to create these insanely good Chocolate Orange Hot Cocoa Bombs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Orange Candy Melts
- 2 cups of Hot Chocolate Mix
- 2 cups of Mini Marshmallows
- 24 Slices Orange Chocolate Ball

Equipment
- Bath bomb mold or candy mold
How to Make Chocolate Orange Hot Cocoa Bombs
Once you have everything listed above, you’re ready to get started! Here’s what you’ll need to do:
Step One
Put the orange candy melts in a bowl and melt in the microwave per the package directions.
Step Two
Put 1 tablespoon of the chocolate into the molds and make certain to get it all the way up the sides. Leave it a bit thick so that it won’t break easily as well.

Step three
Put them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step four
After the time has passed, take them out of the freezer and give the sides a gentle tap. This will loosen the chocolate and help it to slide out easier.

Step five
Fill half the molds with 1 tablespoon hot chocolate mix, 1 orange candy slice, and 8 mini marshmallows.

Step six
Put a microwave-safe plate in the microwave and heat the plate until it’s warm to the touch. Then put the empty half of the mold face down to melt the edge. Once melted, stick on the other filled half of the mold to secure them together.
You can also pipe melted chocolate on the edges and secure them together that way as well.

Step seven
Drizzle chocolate over the top and a slice of the chocolate orange right on top as well.

Enjoy!
