A couple of months ago I shared printable lunch notes that you could use to brighten your child’s day (if you missed it, you can find it here). Let’s face it though, a kid’s life is pretty much a walk in the park compared to motherhood. And because my goal is to help all Wondermom Wannabes get as close to superhero status as possible, I decided to make up a set of printable cards for you to use for yourself for those days when life is weighing you down and you just need a good pick-me-up.
Pep Talks For Moms
A lot of these sayings will help you overcome doubts or worries, others will just make you laugh or look at life from a fresh perspective. I made them business card size so you can easily fit them in your wallet or pocket. You can also tape them around your home in places where you might need a little pep talk (for me this would be my bathroom mirror or my closet).
I hope they brighten your days on days when you need a little sunshine. If you’re in a really bad funk, there are enough pep talk cards to get you through more than a month.
Awww… these are great! I know that when we wake up every day, we DO have a choice as to how we want that day to turn out. Unfortunately we don’t have control of everything, but we do have control of our attitudes!
I need these in my life!
I used you note on my son and my hubby in their lunches. I love the quote about worry!
I just printed these out. I am going to display one a day on my fridge to remind to stay focused on what matters.
What a great idea! These will look so much neater than my normal sticky notes I leave all over for myself!
Hi Corinne – OMG I love these! So absolutely perfect! Moms need some love too! Hugs, Holly
I love these! Even though my daughter is grown, I often feel like I struggle with being the best mom. These are so great and I love that I can carry them around. I am off to find some great paper to print them on!
Pocket Pep Talks are a great idea! Thank you. I love free printables!
What a great idea. I have something similar with a bible verse on each card. We can all use a little remind or what’s really important in life.
