Only a few simple ingredients are needed for these No Bake Cookie Dough Bites. These ingredients are easy to find at your local grocery store, and you probably have them on hand.

  • butter
  • vanilla extract
  • heat-treated flour
  • Sprinkles- optional

These No Bake Cookie Dough Bites come together in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Heat treat the flour

You will want to put your ¼ cup of flour on a pan and place it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes to kill any bacteria that could be on the flour.

Step 2: Add the mix to a bowl

First, you want to get your mix from in the box and add it into the bowl.

Step 3: Add cream cheese, butter, and vanilla

Next, you will want to add the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and mix well till combined.

Add the mix to a bowl. then add cream cheese, butter, vanilla and some sprinkles.

Step 4: Add the sprinkles if desired

Add some sprinkles now if you have those out.

Step 5: Check the consistency

Then if it is too wet, add a tablespoon of flour at a time till it is a nice consistency. If it is too dry add one tablespoon of milk at a time till you get it to the consistency you’d like. You want it to be thick and not too soft.

Step 6: Chill the dough

Then you want to put the cookie dough in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 7: Shape into balls

Next, grab a cookie dipper, scoop out some dough and place on a pan with wax paper. Scoop until there is none left.
