How to Make No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
These No Bake Cookie Dough Bites come together in just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Heat treat the flour
You will want to put your ¼ cup of flour on a pan and place it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes to kill any bacteria that could be on the flour.
Step 2: Add the mix to a bowl
First, you want to get your mix from in the box and add it into the bowl.
Step 3: Add cream cheese, butter, and vanilla
Next, you will want to add the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and mix well till combined.
Step 4: Add the sprinkles if desired
Add some sprinkles now if you have those out.
Step 5: Check the consistency
Then if it is too wet, add a tablespoon of flour at a time till it is a nice consistency. If it is too dry add one tablespoon of milk at a time till you get it to the consistency you’d like. You want it to be thick and not too soft.
Step 6: Chill the dough
Then you want to put the cookie dough in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 7: Shape into balls
Next, grab a cookie dipper, scoop out some dough and place on a pan with wax paper. Scoop until there is none left.
Step 8: Get out the chocolate dip
The box does come with melting chocolate to drizzle on top if you want to.
Step 9: Melt the chocolate for dipping
You need to put the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 15-second increments until smooth.
Step 10: Dip in the chocolate if desired
Then you can grab a spoon and drizzle it on top of the cookie dough balls. You can skip this part if you want.
Step 11: Add more sprinkles
Add more sprinkles to the top if you’d like. Store in the fridge when done.

Tips
Want to make sure that your cookie dough turns out perfectly? Here are my best tips for making this recipe.
- Be sure to allow the cookie dough bites to completely chill before you dip them in the chocolate.
- If you want to save time but still have the chocolate on top, you can add the chocolate to a piping bag and drizzle it instead of dipping.
- Don’t want to heat up the oven? You can also heat-treat flour in the microwave on a microwave-safe plate for 1:30 to 2 minutes.
