Ready to make this easy and healthy zucchini recipe? Follow these five steps and you will enjoy a crispy zucchini fry.

Step 1: Cut the zucchini

Remove each end of the zucchini and cut it into sticks.

Step 2: Mix breading

In a bowl mix the panko, parmesan, and spices.

Step 3: Beat the egg

In another bowl, beat the egg.

Step 4: Dredge the zucchini

Dredge the zucchini in the egg and then the breading mix. Repeat for extra crispy results.
