How to Make Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables

These roast vegetables in the air fryer are a simple recipe to make whenever you want a healthy dish to serve your family. You literally just toss everything into the air fryer, and youโ€™re good to go. 

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer

Pre-heat Air Fryer at 400 for 3 minutes.

Step 2: Mix together the marinade

In a large bowl, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together.

Step 3: Coat the vegetables in the marinade

Add vegetables and toss to coat.

Step 4: Air fry the vegetables

Add vegetables to the Air Fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes. Shake vegetables and cook for 6-8 additional minutes.

Add cheese and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
