  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 3 limes
  • cilantro (optional)
  • 5-6 flour tortillas

Substitutions and Additions

Bell Peppers: The red and yellow bell peppers add great color and flavor, but you can use any combination of bell peppers you want.

Tortillas: I love flour tortillas but corn tortillas are great as well.

Fajita Seasoning: We eat a lot of Mexican food so I always have all the spices on hand to make the homemade fajita seasoning, but you can also use a store-bought mix if you prefer.

Cayenne Pepper: This pepper makes this dish super spicy and adds so much flavor.

How to Make Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Just follow the simple steps of this recipe to have it come out perfectly every time.

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.

Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray and then add on the shrimp, peppers, and onion.

Step 3

Grab a small bowl and mix together the seasonings. Pour on top of the shrimp mixture. Mix.

Serve in the tortilla or just as it is for a low carb option. Don’t forget the toppings!

FAQs

How to store leftover shrimp

The easiest way to store leftover shrimp is to keep it in a container in the fridge. Add on a lid and it should be fine for up to 2-3 days.

How to reheat shrimp

Low and slow is your answer. If you reheat shrimp too fast or too long, you’re going to overcook it and cause it to shrivel up.

Can you freeze shrimp and peppers?

Yes, you can. However, eating this fresh and then eating it again as leftovers will have a better taste and outcome.
