Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray and then add on the shrimp, peppers, and onion.
Grab a small bowl and mix together the seasonings. Pour on top of the shrimp mixture. Mix.
Put the baking pan in the oven and cook for 9 minutes. If you're going to warm up your tortillas, put them in the oven during the last minute of time on the baking pan to warm them up.
Once done, take the pan out of the oven and top with a bit of lime juice.
Serve in the tortilla or just as it is for a low carb option. Don't forget the toppings!
