You only need four ingredients to make this recipe. One quick trip to the grocery store is all you need for a weeknight dinner meal. You may even have all these ingredients on hand already.

How To Make Salsa Chicken

To make this easy salsa chicken recipe just follow the simple steps and you will have an amazing dinner. Whip out the slow cooker so you can make this easy dinner recipe with little effort.

Step 1: Place chicken in the slow cooker

Place your chicken breasts in the slow cooker. If you want easy clean up you can spray your slow cooker with cooking spray first or use a liner.

Step 2: Season the chicken

Pour the salsa, beans, and corn on top and gently mix.

Step 3: Cook the salsa chicken

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. This chicken will cook better if you do not lift the lid while it is cooking.

Step 4: Shred the chicken

Remove the chicken and shred.
