- Betty Crocker Angel Food cake mix
- water for cake
- water for IP
- Powdered sugar for dusting

How to Make Instant Pot Angel Food Cake
This Instant Pot Angel Food Cake is a breeze to make and always a hit at parties. Follow these simple steps below and you will be enjoying a slice of this cake in no time.
Step 1: Prepare the cake pan
Lightly spray a cake pan with oil.
Step 2: Mix the angel food cake
Mix a Betty Crocker angel food cake mix and water in a bowl, then pour the batter into the round pan.

Step 3: Cover the pan
Cover the pan completely with foil.
Step 4: Add water and trivet to the pressure cooker
Pour a cup of water into the IP inner cooking pot. Then add the trivet and the cake pan to the instant pot.

Step 5: Cook the cake
Close the lid. Set to High pressure for 35 minutes to bake.
Step 6: Allow the pressure to naturally release
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Cool the cake
Remove from IP and place onto a wire rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 8: Remove the cake from the pan
Remove carefully from the round cake pan and place it onto a serving plate. Make sure you allow the cake to cool completely before garnishing and serving.
Step 9: Garnish the cake
Dust with powdered sugar & add a dollop of whipped cream and sliced fresh strawberries when serving.

- 1 cup Powdered sugar for dusting
