Tips

One of the great things about this recipe is that it’s very versatile. Here are a few tips to help you make the best Ice Magic:

  • You can use any type of chocolate that you like. I usually use milk chocolate, but feel free to use dark chocolate, white chocolate, or even dairy-free chocolate.
  • While the chocolate is melting in the microwave be sure to stir it every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
  • If your Ice Magic is too thick, add a little bit more coconut oil. If it’s too thin, add a few more chocolate chips.
  • If you want a hard shell topping, pour the Ice Magic over ice cream and allow it to sit for a minute or two before eating.
