Pro Tips

Here are a few tips to help you make these brownies perfectly every time.

  • The batter should be thick and not runny. If it’s too thin, add more flour one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing from the pan, this will ensure that they hold their shape.
  • If you want to make these brownies gluten free, use your favorite gluten-free flour instead of regular all-purpose flour.
  • If you are doubling this recipe, you will need to bake them in batches.
  • For easy removal you can line your pie plate with parchment paper instead.
  • I love to heat my brownies in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • If you don’t have a pie plate, you can use a round cake pan instead, just make sure that it fits in your air fryer basket.
  • You could also add coconut flakes to the brownie batter.
