This Peach Green Smoothie is super easy to make.
Start with peaches (I use frozen peaches so I don’t have to dilute with ice cubes).
Add spinach (fresh or frozen).
Then add some peach juice and milk.
Now, just blend! Your Peach Green Smoothie is ready to drink!
A simple and nutritious smoothie made with just four ingredients
- 8-10 Slices Frozen Peach
- ½ Cup Fresh Spinach
- ¼ Cup Sweetened Peach Juice
- ¼ Cup Milk
In a blender, combine all your ingredients, starting with the solid ingredients first.
Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
