Pro Tips
Here are a few tips to make sure that this recipe turns out perfectly for you every time that you make it.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also bake this recipe in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400F and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

FAQs
Here are the answers to a few commonly asked questions about this recipe.
You can store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
To reheat leftovers, place the chicken and potatoes on an oven tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F or until heated through, or reheat single servings in the microwave. Microwaving will not give crispy potatoes.
I make sure that the chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F. You can use an instant-read meat thermometer to check.
