It’s a good idea to have some go-to Instant Pot Pork Recipes in your cooking arsenal to change up all of those chicken and beef meals you’re always making. Or is that just me?
I don’t know why, but when I am planning dinner, I almost always plan for chicken. Then, my husband grumbles something about needing red meat so I’ll work some beef into the menu.
Meanwhile, the “other white meat” is largely ignored. Which is strange since one of my family’s VERY favorite meals is this Baked Pork Chops and Apples with Brown Sugar Glaze.
When I do remember to add pork or ham to our grocery list, I’m always happy with the outcome. I just need to remember to do it more often!
