🔽 Problem: I Can't Download This Month's Bundle
Try This First:
- Make sure you are logged into your Printables Club account.
- Ensure your membership is active by checking your MemberPress dashboard.
- Click the Download Button on the Printables Club page-if it opens in a new tab, try right-clicking and selecting "Save As".
Still not working? Try clearing your browser cache or switching to Google Chrome or Firefox.
🔽 Problem: I Lost Access to My Monthly Bundles
Try This First:
- You only have access to the bundles from the months your membership was active.
- If you canceled or missed a payment, past months’ bundles won't be available for free, but you can purchase them at a discounted rate here.
- If you think your access should still be active, log out and log back in, then try again.
Still missing access? Contact me with your email, and I'll check your membership status.
🔽 Problem: I Didn't Receive My Monthly Printables Email
Try This First:
- Check your spam or promotions folder in your email.
- Make sure you are subscribed to Printables Club notifications in your MemberPress settings.
- Add corinne@wondermomwannabe.com to your contacts to prevent emails from being filtered.
