Since my Instant Pot
is my new favorite kitchen appliance, I decided to see if I could use it to work more fruits and vegetables into our diets. It turns out there are a lot of great Instant Pot fruit and veggie recipes!
If your kids are picky eaters, you know how hard it can be to get them to eat enough fruits and vegetables. Since I’ve convinced my kids that our Instant Pot is actually magical (we call it the “Awesome Pot” in my house), I knew that any fruits or vegetables that came out of it would be more favorably received.
As you might have already guessed, making fruit and vegetable recipes in your Instant Pot is a breeze! They make great side dishes and are so easy to make.
