Turkey Cranberry Sliders are the perfect recipe to use up leftover turkey from the holidays that you can make in just 25 mins!

What you need:

2 to 3 cups turkey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 stalks celery

1 onion

8 oz pkg cream cheese

3 small carrots

½ cup sour cream

2 cups chicken stock

½ teaspoon ground sage

1 teaspoon thyme leaves

16 oz package egg noodles

2 cups dry stuffing mix

Make spread

Put the softened cream cheese and cranberry sauce into a medium bowl and beat them together until well-blended.

Cut rolls

Take the block of sweet Hawaiian rolls out of the package intact. Cut the entire block of rolls in half using a large knife.

Assemble sliders

Spread cream cheese and cranberry spread over the inside top half of the rolls. Place the slices of turkey on the bottom of the rolls.

Make butter spread

Whisk melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.  Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.

Bake

Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the top of the sliders is golden brown.
