Roasted Vegetables

Air fryer roasted vegetables are a healthy and delicious way to enjoy your favorite veggies. The process is quick, easy, and low fat, but most importantly it gives you that crispy texture that we all love about our food!

What you need:

broccoli florets

cauliflower florets

baby carrots

yellow squash

baby zucchini

mushrooms

onion

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

garlic

sea salt

black pepper

red pepper flakes

parmesan cheese

Preheat Air fryer

Pre-heat Air Fryer at 400 for 3 minutes.

Mix together the marinade

In a bowl, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Whisk together.

Coat the vegetables

Add vegetables and toss to coat.

Air fry the vegetables

Add vegetables to Air Fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes. Shake vegetables and cook for 6-8 additional minutes.

Add the cheese

Add cheese and bake for 1-2 minutes.
