A couple of weeks ago, I introduced the Blog Post Stockpile Challenge. In my effort to build up a reserve of blog posts so I could take a couple of weeks off from blogging during the summer, I decided to put together a challenge to entice others to join me and to give me accountability so that I might actually succeed.

Last Friday (May 1), I launched the challenge with the first of six mini-challenges to help each of us towards the goal of creating a stockpile of posts. If you haven’t signed up for the challenge, but would like to join in, it’s not too late. Here is the Week One Challenge. You can access more details, including several resources to help you brainstorm post ideas and templates to help you structure your posts, by joining the Blog Post Stockpile Challenge Facebook group.

  1. This sounds like a great idea! I try to write my posts a month in advance, so if anything major comes up, I can take a week off and still have content scheduled to go out. I like the idea of “extra” posts stockpiled, in case I don’t want to play catch up later. I’ll be sure to check out the challenge 🙂

  2. If you are in the Facebook group, go to “Files” and check the “Brainstorming Resources.” There might be something there to help you for tomorrow. 🙂
