Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place pretzels in a single layer on the parchment paper on the baking sheet. On top of each pretzel, place a Rolo candy (unwrap them first if needed).

Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until candies are soft but not melted. Remove from oven.
Immediately press one pecan half down on top of each Rolo candy, pressing the candy through the pretzel.

Allow the pretzel turtles to cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or until the chocolate and caramel have fully set. If you want to speed up the process, you can place them in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes until firm.
Melt candy coating in individual bowls according to package directions. One color at a time, drizzle candy coating over pretzel turtles. Immediately add sprinkles.

Let the decorated pretzel turtles set for about 30 minutes at room temperature or 10–15 minutes in the refrigerator until the candy melts harden completely. This will ensure they don’t smudge when stored or served.
