Amish Baked Oatmeal Topped With Strawberries is a delicious and simple breakfast recipe with only 5 ingredients.

- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Maple syrup optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl in the microwave.
When the butter is melted mix in the brown sugar.
Stir in the oats.
Bake in a small oven-safe bowl or casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with sliced strawberries and maple syrup, if desired.
