Egg Salad Sandwich

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 T sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Peel eggs and chop finely.
Place chopped eggs in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
Spread on whole grain wheat bread.
