Ingredients
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1 T sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Peel eggs and chop finely.
  2. Place chopped eggs in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
  4. Spread on whole grain wheat bread.
