Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1 T sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Peel eggs and chop finely.
  • Place chopped eggs in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
  • Spread on whole grain wheat bread.
