Maple Glazed Baked Pork Chops

- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3-4 medium pork chops
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 sweet onion minced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, to personal preference.
Saute and brown the pork chops for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove to a baking dish and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to your frying pan and bring to a rapid bowl.
Pour the maple sauce over the pork chops and place in the oven.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until the sauce is mostly absorbed.
