  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3-4 medium pork chops
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 sweet onion minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, to personal preference.
  4. Saute and brown the pork chops for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove to a baking dish and set aside.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to your frying pan and bring to a rapid bowl.
  6. Pour the maple sauce over the pork chops and place in the oven.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the sauce is mostly absorbed.
