Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz container Pumpkin Greek Yogurt
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ½ cups ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
