Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork or ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ - 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 3 cloves pressed garlic 
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add aluminum foil to a baking sheet and then spray with non-stick spray.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix the ground beef and pork in a large bowl.
  • Mix in all the other ingredients until combined. (don't overmix)
  • Roll the mixture into balls with your hands and put on the baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until browned and no pink in the middle.
  • Take out of the oven and enjoy!
