Lightly cover a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. To thaw the frozen bread loaves, place them in the casserole dish covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spritz it with nonstick cooking spray.
Roll the dough out on a clean surface and divide it into 24 equal rectangles. Wrap each rectangle around one cheese stick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Once you’ve assembled all the breadsticks, cover the baking sheet and allow the bread to rise in a warm, draft-free location for about 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden.
Once cooked, remove the breadsticks from the oven. If desired, carefully brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.
