Air Fryer Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi dumplings uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  • Place gnocchi in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat all of the dumplings completely.
  • Add a bit more oil if needed.
  • Sprinkle half of the garlic salt on the gnocchi, stir well and add the remaining half, ensuring all gnocchi are seasoned.
  • Add the gnocchi to the air fryer basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring at least once halfway through the cooking time.
  • Makes approximately 4-6 servings.

Notes

Use shelf-stable gnocchi from the pasta aisle for best results. Stir halfway through to ensure even crisping.
