Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a shallow dish, place the flour and stir in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Combine well.
  • In a second shallow dish, crack an egg and whisk it.
  • Bread crumbs should go in the third shallow dish.
  • Dredge each pork chop slice in the flour mixture, then the eggs, then the panko. Do so one at a time.
  • After breading, set pork chops on a clean plate until all pieces are fully coated.
  • Pour oil into a skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot enough, cook two pork chops at a time and brown on each side. Each side should be cooked for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the pork chops to the prepared 9"x13" casserole dish.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the meat thermometer reads 145°F.
