For the Strawberry Cold Foam:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon strawberry powder**
For the Coffee:
- 4 cups cold brew coffee or chilled coffee of choice
- Ice for serving
- Optional: sweetener of choice honey, simple syrup, or maple syrup
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and whole milk.
Beat for 4 to 5 minutes using a hand mixer or electric frother until soft peaks form.
Add the vanilla extract and strawberry powder.
Whip for 1 more minute, until the foam is smooth and fully blended.
Fill glasses with ice and pour in cold brew coffee. Add sweetener if desired.
Spoon strawberry cold foam over the top of each drink and serve immediately.
** Make your own strawberry powder by blending 1 ounce of freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder, or use store-bought.
