- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
- 1-2 tablespoons honey optional, to taste
Place strawberries in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
