Ingredients

  • 1 pound Strawberries
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Tendrils
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Slice half of the strawberries in half and the other half of the strawberries in quarters.
  • Place strawberries in a large bowl and add the cherries, raspberries and blueberries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and lime zest until honey and lime juice are well-combined.
  • Drizzle the honey-lime juice mixture over the fruit mixture and toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle the pomegranate tendrils over the fruit salad.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
