Instant Pot Tomato Feta Pasta

- 20 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 10.5 ounce brick of feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 10 ounces pasta
- basil leaves for garnish
Put the cherry tomatoes in a baking pan (13X9) and cover with 2 tablespoons of garlic and oil.
Grab and place the feta cheese brick in the middle of the pan of the tomatoes and cover with the rest of the spices and oil.
Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
As the dish is baking, it's time to put the pasta in the Instant Pot and add water. Put on the lid and seal that and the pressure valve. Put the timer to 6 minutes and cook on high. Manually release the pressure once done cooking and drain out the water.
After the feta is done baking, stir the feta and tomatoes until creamy. Pour that mixture over the top of the drained pasta and enjoy!
