- 1 pound peeled shrimp
- 13 ounces Cajun andouille sausage
- 8 red potatoes quartered
- 3 ears of corn
Sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Melt the butter and add the lemon juice, Old Bay and garlic. Mix well.
Husk the corn and chop into 1 ½” pieces.
Cut the sausage into 1” pieces.
Place the shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour sauce over it. Mix it well.
Place the ingredients onto 3 foil sheets. Double the foil for durability. Close the pouches and place on the grill. Let them cook for 20-30 minutes until potatoes can be stabbed with a fork.
Unwrap and eat!
