- 1 pound bone-in pork chops
- 3 cups dry beans sorted and rinsed
- 2 medium onions chopped in large chunks
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- ⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk BBQ seasoning
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- ½ cup molasses
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
Add all ingredients to the pot.
Close the lid on the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing.
Set a manual high-pressure time for 30 minutes.
Let all of the pressure release naturally before turning the valve to venting and removing the lid.
Serve warm.
