Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini pretzel sticks broken into pieces
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel chips

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare the cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside until it's time to bake the cookies.
  • Place the pretzel sticks in a Ziploc bag and lightly pound them with a rolling pin. Break the pretzels just enough to turn them into smaller pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Keep mixing until it reaches a cookie dough consistency.
  • Fold in the smaller pretzel bits, caramel chips, and chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into about 1 ½ inch balls. Place them on the cookie sheet, leaving approximately 1-2 inches of space in between each cookie dough ball.
  • Bake the cookies in a 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Let the cookies rest. Transfer them onto a wire rack and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
