Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash and prepare the cauliflower and cut it into florets, then place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to ensure it’s fully coated.
Season it with minced garlic, salt and pepper. Toss it again to distribute the aromatics evenly.
Add the parmesan cheese into the bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are well-distributed.
Prepare your baking sheet and spread the seasoned cauliflower on it. Make sure to avoid over-crowding and leave space for each cauliflower floret.
Bake for 10 minutes. Then, flip it and set your oven for another 5-10 minutes to continue cooking until it turns golden brown.
